Fast growing Internet applications firm is seeking a Lead Technical Developer. As the senior technology person on our staff, you will lead our team in technical requirements analysis, selecting appropriate technology platforms, and architecting solutions for a wide variety of Internet applications. Skills: Prior experience in a technical lead role. Minimum 3 years experience on the .NET platform programming in C# or on LAMP platform programming in PHP. Knowledge of database design and normalization, as well as, experience implementing solutions on MySQL or SQL Server. Additional desired skills include experience programming in additional object oriented languages including Java, C++, and scripting languages like PHP and Pearl . Familiarity with Rich Internet Application technologies Flex or Ajax . Teamwork: Strong communication skills are essential, since your primary role after architecting a system will be to disseminate your knowledge to junior programmers. Familiarity with Agile programming methodology and comfortable working in a flexible team environment. In addition to our work for clients, you will participate in our in-house projects, developing new web brands and concepts.
