Need VC app based on VB prototype

We require a finished VC app based on a simple VB prototype already completed. A screen shot of the VB app is located here: [login to view URL] It's essentially portal software. Users click on the category in the left 2 columns and sites for the chosen category show up in the center-right column along with descriptions in the rightmost column. The administration page is shown in the screencap. Admins click on any part of the program and get options for editing the format of that part. If they click on the logo at top left they can change the logo to any image file, if they click on the categories or sites, they get the option of inserting/deleting editing that category/site, or rearranging their position. Users must be able to change fonts and colors. The administration version of the app can look however you find it easiest to design, but the user version must look similar to the prototype. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Win 95+ / NT4+ ## Deadline information We will pay extra if you get done before 6/5/02. The earlier, the more we'll pay.
