To fix problem : Dropdown submenu on hover disappear when page scroll to bottom on FIXED header

My current template top header fixed position, mega dropdown menu also fixed position on top so that when page is scrolled down it always appear there. The problem is when page is scrolled down to bottom, and you mouseover the top menu, the submenu dropdown but can't stay there (disappear quickly) when mouse over to sub items (except the first sub item). The website is currently under construction : [login to view URL]~royalblo/ . please unlock to view : username = topadmin, password : topadmin2013 . After fixed, I need to know the reason and the fix you have done. thanks
