Web Research and Data Entry

PLEASE BID AN AMOUNT YOU WOULD CHARGE FOR ENTERING 1000 EVENTS. I am setting up a free directory type site on the web aimed at artists and crafters. I want to list all art related events such as shows (sales) and fairs at which artists can sell their artwork. I need someone to search out information about these shows and fairs and data enter this information for me. I have a small desktop data entry program which can be used to data enter the information. Or if you have any automated way to get the data into a CSV or Excel format file that would be fine also. There is quite a bit of information needed for each event so I have attached a screen shot of the data entry program where you can see all the fields needed. Not all web sites will give all the information. That is OK, if it's not there, don't enter anything in those fields. At the bottom of the screen shot, the display sizes/prices will probably have several entries, the Setup and show times will probably have 1 entry for each day of the event, and the admission charges area can also have multiple entries. The data you enter needs to be accurate. I'm more interested in accuracy then quantity since quantity will come eventually anyway. I'm working with only the US for now, however, if this goes well, I'll also want to do Canada. Also, at a later date, I want to collect information on other art related events such as calls for entry, gallery openings, art classes, etc. Information about events is easy to find on the web by searching on "Craft show", "Art show" "Art Fair". I'm only interested in currently produced shows, not past shows which are no longer held. We'll start with entering 1000 events but there are > 50,000 events out there and so this will most likely be an ongoing relationship. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows
