Booking System Database

Hi we are looking to have developed an Access (probably) database that will enable us to input bookings for our training courses. I say Access as it is the only software we have on out system, but advice would be appreciated. It must be able to accept the following data:- Client Name Client Location Client Contact Name Client Address Client Telephone Number Name Of Workshop Date of Delivery Numbers of Delegates Names of Delegates Delegates Email Addresss Delivery Consultant Confirmation Email Sent Workbooks / Materials Produced Day Rate Expenses Consultant Hotel Booked Hotel Reference Number Evaluation Data Received (would need to prompt 2 days after course date) Evaluation Data Keyed Evaluation Data Sent To Client These fields need to be available in a professional interface that predominantly shows a calendar view of all planned activity. Beyond that we then need to be able to produce weekly reports that show what activity is happening on what days and also reports that can draw on any of the fields we have keyed. It obviously needs to be able to adapt to the future calendar years. Please ask any questions you may have. Thank you for looking. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
