Delete my Amazon.com shipping addresses

**_PROBLEM_** I use [login to view URL] to ship dozens of items per day to different shipping addresses. After a while, the addresses accumulate in my [login to view URL] address book and my account gets bogged down over time. I now have 1500+ addresses in there and my account has slowed to a crawl. Amazon lets you delete these addresses, but only one at a time, and because there are so many addresses it takes over a minute for the page to re-load after each single deletion. **_SEEKING SOLUTION_** I am looking for a program that either wipes clean in one swipe all the addresses in my [login to view URL] address book, or more likely an automated program (robot) that deletes each one individually so I can run it and leave it for a while until it was done. The program should prompt me for my Amazon user name and password since I will not send that information to the coder. The program needs to be reusable so I can use it again once the addresses build up again.
