Installation, Modification of OSCMax v1.7 with OSCMax Template

See attached file. Deadline is firm. ## Deliverables 1) Deliverables must be installed & exist only the web host server in the subject web site file. Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition. 2) Any & all other supplemental software programs that may be needed to be installed within on web server in the web site account or files shallbe become the exclusive property of Buyer, & Seller shall deliver to Buyer the original digital disk containing any such program(s). If any such software must be installed & requires registration with the software company prior to use, Seller shall contact Buyer for the registration information to be submitted prior to installation. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law, unless same infringes on exisitng copyrights. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Written instructions for Seller's future use of integrations & those not to be immediately used. See attached file. 5) Other conditions set out in attached file. 6) After testing of project, deletion of existing FP web site files. ## Platform Linux on Apache v1.3.31 server with MySQL databases.
