I want to make a job site. Before I want to give the project to a coder I have to get some feedback. From this I can also see who is good in it. I want to describe in short how it should look like and how it functions: 1. I will give the whole design + graphics and you will have to code it. Knowledge of graphic software is very desirable but not necessary. 2. Employers and jobseekers can registrate. Necessary features like email verification + Password forgotten should be included. Here the employer can upload the job vacancy text as HTML. The jobseeker can fill form to complete their CV. The jobseeker can either apply for this job by email or online at our website. If the jobseeker applies online for a job, then the employer can see this application and can make some notice. Other features can be same like they exist in all other job site such as latest jobs, job categories, etc. In addition I will have the necessary admin rights to do everything or just to change, cancel, etc. some stuffs. My questions: a) What coding language is good in your opinion? b) How can the whole database be protected from hackers? Is there any good tool? c) How much will it cost approximately and how much time will be needed? d) If I register this website, I also have to register the domain features. Is a normal domain ok, or should it be a root-server? e) How can the admin features be implented? f) Any other ideas? I would appreciate if you show me samples of your work, only regarding job sites.
