PHP/SQL Email System

What is needed is an email system that will target those who want a "Stealth" or "Untraceable" email account. It should allow the user to select an option in the options page of their account that makes the system automatically delete a message after reading, unless that message is flagged so that it is not deleted. Also needs to work as a normal email account if the mentioned option is turned off. It should delete automatically after "opening" a message from the "Inbox". Also needed is a "Delete messages after XX days" option that deletes all messages (read or unread) after an amount of days that the user specifies. This should be optional to the user and not required but selected at 30 days by default for new users. No frills are needed for the interface, just a spot to put a logo. When a user logs in, they go straight to their inbox which lists the pending unread emails. On this screen would be an "Options" link that goes to the various options mentioned above. In addition, the options screen would need to have a "Cancel Account" link that will ask them "Are you SURE you want to cancel your account? All traces will be lost." and then if Yes, then it deletes the account without a trace. We would need all scripts involved and setup onto the PHP/MySQL site. The login URL would need to be something unobvious, such as <[login to view URL]> or similar, that we could change if needed easily. Also we would need some sort of password-protected admin interface that allows an admin to look at any account and delete any account that we choose and add new accounts. The setup for a new account should work like this: We enter a username and password for our customer using a page that the customer will never see- then they are given the login URL with their username/password so they can go in and change the username and password in their options panel as necessary. So all that is needed for the registration process is the following fields for input: Nickname and Password. No record of name, alternate email address etc is required (and in fact not wanted for this to keep low profiles). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP/MySQL to run on any PC or MAC browser. Summary for External Email system: Login Page: Should be simple login and designed so that we can change the login URL at any time for all users at once. User Interface: Includes inbox with list of messages with date/time, From, and Subject and the link to options page. Message View: Would have Reply, Forward, Print, Delete, "Save Message From Deletion" links. User Options Page: On/Off option to delete any message after reading it and logging out. On/Off option to delete any message (read or unread) after a number of days that the user specifies (0-60). An option to change username An option to change password An option to completely erase the account from database Admin Options Page: Ability to view all account by alphabetical order and delete any account necessary Ability to add a new user with the info we choose for Username/Password.
