Search & Replace

THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST BUT I FOUND THE SOLUTION I NEEDED COMPLETE WITH SOURCE CODE AND PLR, I JUST NEED TO HAVE IT CUSTOMIZED TO FIT MY NEEDS. I HAVE POSTED A NEW BID REQUEST FOR THIS PURPOSE. I need a (multi-screen if necessary) multi-value (10 to 20 values) search and replace program that will work in the following manner on html, text, php, and doc files. 1. I will be able to enter my search values and have them hidden from the end user (for minimum confusion on the part of the end user). I would like the ability to easily edit my "question values" if possible. 2. The end user will be able to browse and select the multiple files or directories to be changed. 3. The end user will enter their values in response to static instructions/questions. I.E. I want the end user to be able to enter their 8 to 10 responses one line at a time, and hit one button to do all the Search and Replace functions in what seems to be one seamless operation. For Example: Enter your ID number here. Enter your other ID number here. Enter your third ID number here. Enter the name of your website here. Enter your paypal address here. ETC. ETC. CLICK ENTER TO COMPLETE THE SEARCH AND REPLACE FUNCTIONS OVER MULTIPLE FILES. 4. The program will save all of the changed files. 5. The program should also have a splash screen that I can customize with a header information (sample size and type shown), and I must be able to copyright and/or private label the program. 6. Depending on the cost I would also like the program to have a separate screen so that the end user can enter their ftp information and upload one folder containing all of their changed files and folders to their server. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform 8. Windows .exe type program preferred since this is for use by people with absolutely no programming or web experience at all. If it will run on Macs too that would be great.
