transfer money between accounts

Setting up a database of customer accounts that can be funded with money. then those customers can move that money to accounts at various content providers. once their money is there, they can use that money to watch video. They can also take money out of the content provider account and move it back into the main account. Since this is dealing with real money, this system needs to be solid, secure, and with 100% accurate tracking. If you have experience with banking or financial programs, let us know. ## Deliverables I have thousands of client accounts in another database and need to move them to this new system we are building that we will call BN. We need to build it so that all NEW account signups in my existing website will be automatically set up in this new BN database as well. (for now this will be the only way for new clients to get set up into this database) fields in the account: username, password, date created, uniqueID, money amount(username is email) Users accounts will hold money and be able to transfer money out of their BN account and into content providers accounts that let them use that money to watch video. Thus, users can log into their account to see: BN$ in their BN account BN$ in accounts at content providers that they sent credit to Can purchase more BN$ (Purchasing will be done through a shopping cart that is already done and working at another site. That cart though will communicate with the BN accounts to fund it with money.) The site we are building will show account holders all places they can use their BN$ at One content provider we are starting with: -Buy one minute to watch video for 10 BNcents -if they request to fund this content provider with money/minutes, we connect to that content provider to first find username and password or set up the user/pass at that content provider. -Account holder can add in the number of minutes to the content provider account. -Customer can also pull minutes out of the content provider account and convert back into BN$. (this content provider has API's for doing this.) I have another content provider who we can fund with $ and accounts as well. I want to get this working with these two providers then the vision for the future (but not part of this project) is to add many other places that people can use their BN$. I already have existing large volume that can only grow if I build this system. WARNING: These two content providers show adult video. We also need to log all $ movements date,time,$moved out, $moved in, location moved to, location moved from, purchased Be able to track through reports -$ sent to any location for any Date Range -total $ added into system -End of month report to reconcile total money to each location. This would mean money added minus money taken out for an exact period of time. (be sure not to double count if transactions are in process while run report) Another issue to deal with: If someone changes password in the BN database, then we need to change it at other content providers. I work best with programmers over the phone. Thus, the person who gets the job must not only be the best at programming, but will need to chat with me to see if we have clear communication. I don't care where you live, but if you live outside of the US, I need to be able to chat with you by phone or skype easily. We will need to chat by phone to make sure we are on the same page regarding what the deliverables are. ## Platform This is a program that will be run on the web and must be written in PHP
