Background Need enhancements and bug fixes to [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I inlcuded [login to view URL] which has design and data for urldb that supports these applications. I also included stylesheets and templates. [login to view URL]: allows users to enter a url like <[login to view URL]> and get back the appropriate url to access our proxy server. [login to view URL]: runs through all links stored in urldb and reports back if they are not working. un: test pw: testtest One Reset form button on [login to view URL] needs to work in Netscape, IE, Opera, Mozilla, Firefox. It needs to clear the whole form when clicked. Two When someone creates a link on [login to view URL] it automatically emails certain addresses with an alert stating that a broken link has been tested in urlmaker.php. The alert does not contain the right information. The email alert needs to notify the recipent of the email of the First Name, Last Name, email, the link that failed and the date and time the link was tested. The subject of the email should be URL MAKER ALERT Three The link checker is not working with urls with ftp:// or anything other than http:// type links. This needs to be improved so other links can be tested. Four Need to set up through cron that the report produced by url checker is emailed to tvm22 every monday morning. So so query for RUN CHECK for [login to view URL] needs to be run and send a .txt attached file every mondya at 7:00am EST Five An addition of fucntionality to the [login to view URL] is a area needed in database and on page to document how low links that fail through link checker process are resolved. This should include a Text area describing the resolution for fixing the link, Also automatically document date of resolution. Also once admin user presses "Resolved" button send an email to tvm22 and users associated with incorrect link with reasoning for resolution and the correct link. Six Would like to add to reports that can be generated from [login to view URL] 1. Number Fixes in a time frame for unique user 2.
