Web Hosting Reminder Site

We currently offer a web hosting service. We sign people up and register the domain names etc. What we are looking for is a web interface that we can track the recurring billing. We have linux web hosting with access to mySQL. The site must have a secure admin username/password access. It needs to send an e-mail to us with 2 weeks notice before the invoice is due. We sell: * Web Hosting (Linux & Windows) * Domain Names All web hosting account are for 1 year and the domains vary from 1 year to 9 years. We need to keep a track of the accounts under the persons/company name and address and telephone number. When the account is due we need an e-mail that says: Account Due are: * [login to view URL] Hosting * [login to view URL] Domain * [login to view URL] Domain They are due in 14 days please contact customer. When we want to add an account we first need to add: 1) The persons name/address/telephone 2) The webhosting 3) Any domain names and for the period they were registered. We also need the ability to edit all of the details at any time. We **don't** need the following functions: * User Login * Billing (no Credit Cards, no PayPal - all payments are handled offline) This needs to be done quite quickly so only competent PHP/mySQL coders please! Thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Web, Linux, mySQL, PHP
