Flash Animations

This project requires an expert flash developer who can create 'state of the art' animations for a set of exisitng icons. You must be creative and have a sense of fun to get behind this idea1 Each icon is about 130px by 130 px. See sample icons on [login to view URL] All images exist in vector format: in flas as graphic symbols. This project requires someone who can take these icons and this web site to the next level by their professional skills. Must drammatically increase user appeal and interactivity of site through icons actions. Excellent knowledge of Action script 2 required Ability to design and create small but sohisticated animations. Types of coding to include: random changes in series of different actions chnage is shape url links sound links fluid shapes e.g. see [login to view URL] wobbling and fluid edges. Coder must be excellent communicator and fluent in English. This is the standard of work I am looking for [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Please do not bid if you do not have this level of skill. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
