Interactive Website Design

I need a couple of websites designed. Firstly for a Management Consulting business I own here in London and the second is for a very small charity also based here in London. Both websites need to have the following:- 1. Need to be compliant with all the common website design standards. 2. Need to be eye-catching and easy to navigate. 3. Both companies have existing websites but these are very basic in nature. 4. The Management Consulting company is only 4 months old and is aimed at high-fee paying clients. The website needs to be modern and needs to project the image of a crisp, professional company with lots of experience. The principal consultants have over 100 years of experience between them. 5. The other company's website is just a one-page holding site. 6. While we have copywriting for both sites, this may need to be revamped. 7. There needs to be an email capture facility online; newsletter 8. Facility for RSS feeds; blogging 9. Both sites need to be interactive I'm not sure whether I've provided enough information here as this is my first time of doing this but I'm happy to provide more details if this is required.
