Migrate existing web into new layout

need to migrate existing site/content/scripts into a different style of layout / template need to increase the size of the video thumbnails to support allowing the complete title text tag of the video to show. Also thumbnails must show video play/view totals layout must support changing backgrounds and ad modules for banner ads lookingto migrate the site to a layout similar to [login to view URL] however with different site navigation flow and different appearance. this is the current site [login to view URL] here is what we would like the top portion of the new site to look like [login to view URL] but with only two rows yet the same functionality. Then beneath that portion the large videos that are on [login to view URL] should be sized so that they can me large yet side by side then beneath that to start the rows of videos we want to have our videos in the size and format and style like this page [login to view URL] notice that the total plays are there as well as the complete title text. All other functionality must also remain like the ability to share the videos on facebook, twitter, myspace etc (this you can see after you click a video) we want to keep the background art as it currently is at [login to view URL] however we want the ability to change that art. We are wanting all our existing content and scripting and functionality to be migrated to the new style so take a look at the sites and the details I have provided and verify this is something you can do
