Title Company Signing Agent Provider Site

The project provides the ability for title companies to locate and manage interaction with signing agents (notary public, attorney) to close mortgages. Our current system is being outgrown and we require a new, more stream-lined system. The system must be able to add new Title Companies (Clients) that have three levels of users (executive, management, and staff). Executive users have control over adding management users and there are very few of these. Management users have control over adding staff users who enter orders into the system. Orders consist of about 15 data fields (.i.e Borrower Name, Address, Closing Date, etc.) than need to be tracked (we have an Access database shell currently). There are roughly eight status conditions for an order (New, Open, Rescheduled, Cancelled, etc.) that need to be tracked. The users have a "dashboard" screen that shows them various pieces of information (open orders, today's orders, closed orders, and other financial information depending on the user's type). Notes may be kept on the order to be provided to the Agents that fulfill the orders. Notes must be able to be time/date stamped and kept with the order display. The full site design, including logos, colors, flash-menus, etc. is an integral part of this application and must be completed as part of the application. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must be written using ASP 3.0 (not ASP.NET) and an Access database (we have a shell database to start with). This web site will be operating on a Windows 2000 server for the initial roll out. We will upgrade the database as necessary when the site volume dictates. We expect fully commented (in English) source code and the site must be tailored to operate with both Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers. (DHTML, JavaScript are acceptable). The site must be scaled to be viewed at 800x600 resolution at 24-bit color.
