Website design (including flash)

Dear All, please find attached excel sheet , we are in a process to modify our current IT business website [login to view URL] but some changed product and service offerings. we want design of home page to be exactly similar of what you see in excel sheet. only design work we are expecting from you development part we will handle. addition to home page i want you to create on more inner page design , format of which i will give in later stage ..so for you , a work is of creating one home page (including flash ) and one inner page design. i want this website design ,color to be vary attractive ... this is must ..please include work samples of your work particularly in flash for my references. most important thing is the flash which you see in excel sheet , it should be similar to reference site mentioned in same excel at bottom , flash should be exactly same , if required we will give you images in flash or you can put yours (images will be related to products and services we are offering )... wish you a happy bidding .
