Basically a plain html/php form with 3 lines. it will base off a template page ([login to view URL]). this will be posted on a hidden admin form on the site. the admin inserts a title and 2 links a picture and a download link. itll use the [login to view URL] to create a new page with the [login to view URL] the admin specified and then in the body itll add the picture link in img src tags to show the picture then under it itll use the second link the admin specified and hyperlink it to a download button image or "Download" text that the user can click to open the second link.
