Expert CSS, Bootstrap CSS, HTML5, PHP, CakePHP and SQL / MySQL

YOU MUST BE AN HTML5, PHP, MYSQL, CSS EXPERT! YOU MUST KNOW BOOTSTRAP CSS AND BUILD ALL FEATURES, DATABASES, AND MODULES FOR A THEMEFOREST THEMED ADMIN PANEL. YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE RIGHT NOW FOR NEXT 10-20 HOURS TO COMPLETE NEEDED TASKS. YOU MUST HAVE SKYPE. DO NOT BID OTHERWISE. See below for other descriptions. I am looking for an individual programmer or a team that works 24 hour shifts 7 days a week to assist with the growth of a newly launched project and the management and automation of large volumes of data on a daily basis. We have several more projects coming up and we are looking for a programmer we can count on for quality work. It really helps if you also have creative vision and an eye for design as well. We use a lot of Themeforest themes and prefer someone with a master skill level at creating admin panels and making all features function quickly. You must work on the Central Standard Time Zone or at least be available during those hours to be given directions. You must be an expert in databases and ETL. Including utilization of staging tables to compare data and append or remove duplicate records as one example. Must be able to automate many daily tasks and routines. Must be able to build KPI's and populate the data for them into charts and graphs using API integration, csv data upload, etc. Ongoing work, weekly milestones. No exceptions. Looking for the best hourly rate and this project does require that you are available immediately as work starts the moment I select someone.
