Search Engine Mashup (Calling on APIs and caching the results)

Combine Technorati BlogSearch Results ( [login to view URL] ) with Digg's ListStories API call ( [login to view URL] ), windows live search results ( [login to view URL] ) AND yahoo's news results ( [login to view URL] ) into ONE result/cache file - I want to be able to change the cache time easily and if no results are returned/403 error is given/etc for that API to be omitted from the search results and still cached like normal. I want the results to be in the order of technorati, digg, live, then yahoo's news results... for example: (with 'yadda yadda' being the search result) 1. Yadda yadda - technorati result 2. yadda yadda - digg result 3. yadda yadda - live result 4. yadda yadda - yahoo news result 5. yadda yadda - technorati result 6. yadda yadda - digg result 7. etc.. For each request, I only need the title, descriptive content, and URL to be returned with each being placed in their proper HTML paragraph sections and classes (class="title" for titles, class="desc" for descriptions, and class="url" for destination URLs) Also, place some kindof safeguard that prevents the script from waiting more than 5 seconds (or less or more: make this a variable I can change) to receive the XML requested data as to not make the user wait too long. I also want up to 20 related terms to be displayed in their own divide ( [login to view URL] ) and for yahoo's spelling suggestion api to be implemented ( [login to view URL] ) if any only if there was a spelling mistake. All I need you to do is provide me with these things mentioned above in their own Divide containers with appropriate IDs - I'll design the layout myself later. I would like for this all to be contained on one simple [login to view URL] file and for it to be easy to edit out any APIs at any time should they stop providing them as a service in the future. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
