Initially these will be zero. 3. allow people to enter a variable number of votes for a particular candidate which will be added to there current total. 4. when the voting is complete the user should be able to ask the system to identify the winner- you must cope with a tie situation. I.e if there are joining winners with the same number of votes then all there names should be displayed. [login to view URL] the percentage of votes cast for each candidate. 6. calculate the total no of votes [login to view URL] any number of candidates i.e remove the upper limit of 10-Cope with the situation where more than one candidate can be elected, for instance, 3 candidates that can be elected- this should be less than the number of name that are entered.-display the names of all candidates who have been elected - deal with a non-first place tie situation e.g if 4 candidates can be elected and candidates 4 and 5 have the same number of votes, this should be repoted.- be allowes to delete a candidate form the election at any point in time- sort the candidate and there current number of votes into ranked order reporting tie situations accordingly. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
