I'm new to the JDeveloper/Oracle ADF world and was hoping to be pointed in the right direction in regards to my current task at hand. Any comments, information, or resources would be greatly appreciated.
What I need to do is build out the UI part of a webapp currently in development. Here's what I have so far:
-A root Project directory with four subfolders (each are Maven projects)
-proj-services (dummy parent project for issuing maven commands)
-proj-services-ear (target directory will have the EAR file for deployment)
-proj-services-ejb (most of the java code is here)
-proj-services-web (hosts webservices)
-A remote database up-and-running containing dummy data
-JDeveloper installed locally
What I need to do is build the web app so it consumes the existing EJB's directly in an ADF web tier. I'm hoping to avoid ADF BC if possible, however ADF faces may be an option.
Where do I start in regards to wiring all of this existing code to a UI using JDeveloper?
First thing's first - how do I go about importing everything appropriately? What do I need to do in regards to incorporating a maven install?
Then of course, assistance in actually wiring everything over to a jspx page is needed.
I need someone to work WITH me to solve these (probably very simple) tasks.
## Deliverables
Must use Oracle JDeveloper & Oracle ADF
