312145 Create Swoopo Clone

I am looking for a programmer that can create a "pay per bid auction" site like: [login to view URL] (clone) written in Php and Ajax with mysql database. I need it to be easily accessible with a search engine like: [[login to view URL]]. The script must contain auction, user, administrator sections and be easily expandable with new modules and features. User area will contain profile, billing and auction and bid control. However administration area will let the multiple administrators to control auctions and bids, users, website settings and templates, billing and payment gateways. All language texts must be included in the txt files saved as UTF-8 to allow multi languages. The script needs to be finished within 30 days and the budget is up to $1500. This will be an on going project... I will continue to expand and update the site with new modules as time goes by. Software: 1. Merchant Account – for accepting credit cards 2. SSL Encryption for taking credit card information online 3. PayPal 4. Bookkeeping software to record all transactions 5. FTP program to facilitate uploading files to my website 6. Web statistics program to monitor Internet visitors 7. Must be able to upload my own photos i.e. jpeg, etc.
