65416 Need Chat Script Repair

I have a chat script written in PHP/MySql that is in need of a few little adjustments and add-on's. This is a small job so it will not take long to do. I Need these adjustments done in a day if possible. Here are the area's that needs fixin: 1) The Right side window shows user's online with their username link and there picture. When you click on there picture or username link on the right side, a small profile window pops-up displaying there user profile along with there picture. I need script adjusted so that the small rightside picture and the pop-up profile picture should show the same picture that the user has uploaded thru there user cpanel. 2) I need script adjusted including in the admin panel so when a user uploads his picture from his local computer, it will automatically be displayed on his profile etc without admin approval. 3) I need a feature in the admin panel so I can delete someones picture manually from the DB, but still leave their user profile intact. 4) I need a little java text counter code created that'll show me how many user's in the chat room so I can display it on my HTML page.
