Need a page from an external site to run from my server.

I need a page, which is part of an external website to be able to retain full functionality when hosted on my server. The reason is that I need to implement it into a page on my website, but it will need to be edited to be implemented properly, hence why I need to host it on my server rather than just using an iframe or the like. It is only a fairly basic project. This work needs starting immediately, but unfortunately the payment cannot be issued until the 28th of this month - so you are bidding on this basis.
