php architect needed

I need an experienced professional in the field of PHP to write "technical requirements" for a website. I need a very detailed description of the website functionality, database structure, security, CMS, administrative panel and so on.

I will provide you with the over all scope of achievement and a list of functionalities and administrative functions we would like to have. You will have to write how everything on the website will work based on best practices, frameworks, services, data models, etc.

Basically you will have to understand what I want, then analyze it, add all the details you think would be required, help me figure out the best possible ways to architect the site, improve functionality and user experience, and then document it.

Candidates should have experience in Google Docs, PHP, frameworks, JavaScript, JQuery.

Having experience in mobile application development is a great plus.
