PHPBB Boards Guru Needed!

Programmer requirements: Must know CSS, Photoshop CS, XTML, Html, MySQL, PHP, Javascript and be a PHPBB 2.0.17 expert. A person who knows and deal with PHPBB a LOT! No script kiddies, please! Like low prices! Bid now and I'll problably choose you right away! 1. I have 23 phpbb 2.0.17 forum boards installed and they need to: - Share same login securely across all 23 boards. All users have to register once in "any" forum to participate in all the boards. When users register on a board, that account registration information must be replicated to all 23 phpbb boards. Users should be able to login to any forum and change their profiles, change password features, etc. which will need to be replicated to all boards inmediately. Once user logs in to a board, they can jump around all the boards and participate in them logged on already. - "Some" forum statistics at the bottom of each forum should reflect statistics of all 24 boards combined. More information below: Our users have posted a total of 4 articles (don't touch this. It will continue to reflect local board number of posts) We have 3 registered users (this will reflect the TOTAL number of users on all 24 boards) The newest registered user is mik (this will reflect the last member registered on all 24 boards) In total there is 1 user online :: 1 Registered, 0 Hidden and 0 Guests [ Administrator ] [ Moderator ] (This will reflect information based on 24 boards) Most users ever online was 3 on 17 Aug 2005 04:27 pm (This will reflect information based on 24 boards) Registered Users: admin,robert,mik (This will reflect information based on 24 boards) This data is based on users active over the past five minutes (This will reflect information based on 24 boards) 2. Avatars should be uploaded in one board ([login to view URL]) stored in that centralized location in order to serve all forums. So let's say a user is in board "businesses" and wants to upload an avatar and use it in all 23 boards. The user logs in to ANY of the 23 boards, go to "profile" and they will see a link in Avatar Control Panel (I have created the link on all the boards and disabled avatar) that points them to "www.mysite.com/everythingelse/profile.php." to upload their avatar. That avatar must be stored in "everythingelse" board but will serve all 23 boards. Database to store avatars will be: -1 phpbb 2.0.17 board - [login to view URL] That's what I want to accomplish. Now, if you have any suggestions to accomplish the same in another way for better performance, security I want to hear what you have to say by PM.
