We post this project again, hoping that this time we'll find the good team. .. We are looking for a programer partner to develop a web application using PHP/MySQL. As we want to be able to modify and customize it ourself, the quality of code is a crucial requirement. As for the look and feel, we want something conforming to professional standards (sober but nice). This project will not be a one-shot job. Other applications will follow: our objective is to find a talented and experienced programmer team to build a long term partnership. Please read carefully the specs before bidding. Be sure you will be able to complete the project in all its functionalities, and in the delivery time you will mention. Don't make thoughtless low bid just to win the project. Spend minimum one hour to read the document and think about it a few hours before bidding :-) Don't hesitate to use PMB to show us that you have read and understand the specs and that you are serious bidder. We are not interested in hourly rate, nor placeholder bids... The specs are quite detailed and we want offers for the overall project. Thank you.
