Hello, I have done this project before. I will attach some files about it. Previous employer however left before I completed. Program could send text voice and video. It works just like skype with support for chat rooms. Current application works well in local network but on internet I need to write tcp and udp hole punching over c++ so that the application can work over firewalls. I will use tcp for text stream, udp for voice and video streams. text can be send while its just encrypted but for voice i will compress it and split the packets in order to fit teh maximum packet size. Same with video. Since there is maximum packet size i will compress and slipt them and join them on the other end. Most of the server code and client code is up currently and need only to update the server files abit along with the client features such as groups. I will deliver this product in 30 days maximum. I can do this desktop, I will not say a lot of words, just see my portfolio and you will see that I did similar applications like a Desktop Chat and Online Manager Software. I know how to do such software, with server or without server using Per-to-Per connection (which works slower than a client-server app), there is a lot to discuss, but I'm also interested in a real deal , not a timewaste, so contact me if you are interested
