Point Systhem Creation For Joomla

Hello, I want someone to make me a Point Systhem for my Joomla. Index: 1 . What I want exactly 2 . So it means this should be: 2 . 1 . On the frontend: 2 . 2 . In the backend: 3 . Jommla 4 . Payment 5 . Additional 1 . What I want exactly: A Point Systhem: The points will be called CiZ. - If a user rate an article he get 1 CiZ (I'm using the Core Design Ajax Vota Plugin to rate an article) - If a user post a comment to an article he get 2 CiZ (I'm using yvcomment to add comments to my articles) - If a user take part on a Poll he get 1 CiZ - If a user write something in the Forum he gets 3 CiZ (I'm using Fireboard as Forum) - For every hour a player is online he get 1 CiZ Then I wanted to make contest on the page, so that I fix the number of CiZ to win with the contest (See "2 . 2 . In the backend"). 2 . So it means this should be: 2 . 1 . On the frontend: - There should be a Module that I can place showing to the user how much CiZ HE has (very small in the right just the title: "Your CiZ Points" and then beneath written how much he has example: "12 CiZ". - One Rank page where all the users of the page are indicated in a table and ordered depending on the number of CiZ they have. For example: Username | Name | CiZ User 34 | Benno | 1000 RoOlfzor | Petra | 989 noob12 | noob12 | 123 kill4 | Karmen | 1 king | Olli | 0 UserXxX | UserXxX | 0 ... etc. ... I can't make table here but it should be in a Table. (This should be bigg and take 80% of a content page in width. - The number of CiZ of the player should be written in his profile. - The level in the forum should be depending on how much CiZ a player has (if possible) 2 . 2 . In the backend: - I should have there fully control of the CiZ, meaning I have in the backend a Table with all the players and theyr CiZ and there I can change the CiZ of specific players. I should be able to: 1. Add CiZ to a user. 2. Substract CiZ of an user. 3. Block a user (That he gets no more CiZ). 4. Unblock a user (That he get again CiZ). 5. Set the CiZ gain rate (% how much CiZ he get, for example if set to 200% the user get 2 CiZ instead of 1 CiZ. Or 50% so he gets 0,5 CiZ instead of 1 CiZ. 3 . Joomla This should be for Joomla 1.5 Native 4 . Payment You get paid AFTER doing the work, if it works correctly. (After I've tested it. I have a very small budged. 5 .
