EMAIL SUBSCRIBERS MANAGEMENT SCRIPT (Multi site)

I have 5 sites and I need 1 PHP script to manage all the optin email addresses securely with 1 PHP script. The script should generate a script code for each of my sites. Every site should have a unique tracking ID so the the script knows from which site the email address comes and put it in the appropriated email list. The visitors will have to enter a tunning # to enter their email address to avoid SPAM. Also, I need the script to send the subscriber a confirmation request by email to confirm his subscription with the appropriated site LOGO. That's why the (by site) tracking code is very important. The admin will have access to the list of emails for every site with one unique admin area to see the list of confirmed and non-confirmed email addresses for each site. The admin should be able to add NEW SITES from the admin area to manage new lists. The most important is to keep the entry of the admin area SECURE as well as the DB where the email addresses of the customers are stored must remain SAFE. I don't want hackers to easily steal my customers email addresses. I plan to host this script on a dedicated PHP server. The script will NOT HAVE any bulk send email feature.
