Migration (conversion) of ASP-MSSQL database to PHP-MSSQL database

We currently have the following 2 systems built separately: a) ASP / MSSQL b) PHP / MSSQL I have a project involving a database migration from [a] to [b]. We will provide a SQL file with the updated table (accounts with 4 added columns). 1. You will have to merge it with the existing ASP-MSSQL database [a] so that we have the same structure on both the ends. For every new dump, you will have to upload the database on HostGator and then restore it for us to access the information. 2. Once we have the updated database, you would have to associate Brands with the various tables (i.e. Trademarks, Designs & Innovations) to make them visible for any client in the database. This process you have to do for the current Intellectual Properties as well. 3. You would have to add the User name column values (this should be unique for all the users) against each user in the accounts table. This User Name will be used by the clients to log on to the system. 4. Allow existing "Account table" user to login into new system with view_only permission and set up only 2 users from "Users table" (DETAILS LATER) with administrator permission. 5. We will add 4 columns in the Accounts table (User Name, Password, Hint Question & Hint Answer) 6. Prepare script to take existing user's IPs backup e.g trademark, designs, patents, innovations, etc. There would be a manual process in the back end to click on a button to take the back up. 7. Every time when ASP-MSSQL to PHP-MSSQL DB import takes place, you will merge user's data (back up taken in previous step) with newly imported database.
