cXML & Magento Multi-Site Expert Needed

We have a incomplete project that requires proper utilization of Magento product grouping options with the vendors cXML feed. The multi-site has been set-up, themes installed, and plugins installed. This is a multi-site, meaning there are 3 domains/websites operating on one back end and one shared database. You must know how to properly edit work thats been done to not effect the other sites. The work you see already done was done by a collegue friend of mine with no experience in cXML. It would probably be easiest to remove his work and start with a fresh dbase and multisite. Description of worked needing immediate delivery: 1. Need a cXML expert to decipher the various feed types from our product vendor, and use either one or a combination of them to properly upload the products to the website. Please make sure you know the difference between cXML and XML. 2. The cXML feed should integrate into Magento with all possible attributes for the product (i.e. title, UOM, brand, description, dimensions, etc) and correct primary/secondary/tertiary categories. A sample website the vendor has provided us to use as a model is www.simplymedical.com. Please use this as a model for work needed to be preformed. The current website under construction and needing serious modification is www.heartlandmedicalsupplies.com. 3. The main issues are grouping like products into the same product listing and using an option drop down for size, UOM, color, etc. Knowledge of how to implement this is a must. The sample website provides a good idea of what the option drop downs should look like. 4. Another issue is using the correct title from all available feed attributes. My collegue used a title with UOM and abbreviations in it that will not work as it is not customer friendly. 5. The last main issue is categorization. There are many attributes in the feed that can be used to break the categories up into 10-20 main categories, and then subcategores, and so [login to view URL] feed and how it integrates into Magento needs to be updated daily due to inventory changes and pricing updates. CRON must be [login to view URL] importantly, I do not want any developers outsourcing this work to other parties. I've hired many developers on other freelance sites for other web projects and they all seem to outsource work and there is a huge communications gap as I don't have direct contact with the actual developer.
