Dynamic Web Site - repost

We have a basic CMS website that all the dynamic pages are stored in a MYSQL database and then each Page is rendered when a user clicks on a link we insert the header module , the body the footer etc This bit is working fine We need help on the pages that are not enabled (they have no links to them from the [login to view URL]) In one database table we have a field called url_page and we want that putting in as the url address so that it is more seo friendly I know this can be done as it works in opencart. It may be some php codong and some htaccess configuration so in brief we need someone to code in php the string we have retrived from the database field url_page and insert that into the url address bar. We also need the code to make sure google will be able to find these pages as they are not in any links ------- When you bid on this project I also need to see a proposal of what you will do in brief Important: We do not need the whole CMS website doing. Just the bit that grabs the disabled pages from the database and then uses the seo field from the database to populate the url address and make the hidden pages detectable from Google
