restore socialengine database + web dir

we have a full backup of social engine all www folder and 700Mb of sql dump. about files backup we don t have probem, because all files are perfect and also we have a new license of social engine about the database we have a little problem we have only database dump and some encode error i nside dump files. we need 1)install social engine (new license) 2) install theme (we have) 3) restore all data from dump files (we don t need restore all data, we just need than everything working) inside the backup db we have 280.000 users, we don t care if we lose 279.900 users we don t care if we lose 80% or 90% of blogs or forum post. we just need than we restore the structure of website.
