RSS Data Scraper

My php site is about posting Images, Post Title, Post Description (Post Description field must be added for the project to work). Project Main Idea: Scrape Data from RSS in to my PHP Website. We need a piece of software that scrapes around 300 RSS feeds every hour, parses the XML code, and inputs the data in to my PHP Site Database. We will provide a list of URLs for the RSS feeds testing. *** See Image for more details. *** Script Back-End Administration Features request: 1 - I want to be able to Add as many RSS Possible. 2 - Allow me to configure how many RSS Feed I want to scrape per hour. 3 - Allow me to configure the Script to scrape from 1 to 25 Post per hour. Script Front Side Functions: The scraper must extract this information about each article: - Post Title - Post Image - Post Description (I want the Post Description to use a simple font, size and clean to read, with the Space between Paragraph with NO Limitations on Characters). - Post Source - Domain of the Post. The "Post Description" field is missing in my PHP site, it must be added under the Posted Image. Note: Sometimes the RSS Feed Post don't have image, sometimes the Source use a video instead, so the script should exclude all post that has no image in the Post. If this is not possible, we can call a Default Image for all Post that has no images on it. (I will make this image). Basically we need every XML tag to be imported at the field in the Database. We also need a log that outputs the number of articles pulled from each RSS feed. The software should also exclude duplicate articles (articles with the same title). Very Important: We will accept only Freelancer who really understand our project.
