Site fixes/configuration

Site Configuration Task 1 Currently our dating websitehas approx 2,000 female accounts, these account's we're skimmed from a competitor site, these user profiles are not real and are used to encourage male engagement. Because the profiles we're simply skimmed,and simple ''dumped'' into the database, we have multiple duplicate fields within our database , e.g multiple, location, eye colour, etc, this is the first issue that must be resolved. (this is what i have been told by a previous programmer this is the first task to take care of, to ensure the female account's are configured correctly within the database with no duplicate fields. Task2 Admin panel should clearly show the female profiles all of which i should be able to modify if i wish within the admin panel. Female profiles and male profile must remain separate. (we will name the female accounts ''Ambassador accounts'' so within admin panel there the female account i can access with a button that says ''female ambassador accounts'' We should have two different buttons to take us to show the female/male members. Task3 Male user import wizard (button within admin panel ) Default male fields : (should be already set in database) (from registration) a) gender b)username (firstpart of email ) e.g everything before @... (however login page WILL allow email address to be used as login, however default username is everything before @ c) Birthdate d) Country e) State/Province f) City g) Email h)zip The only information currently available for us to import from our text file is email adress, we do not currently have any other information. Besides email address to be imported via text file the only other information i am sure of is ''gender'' so all male profile can obviously be set to male. Also we can make the username the FIRST PART of the email address, e.g everything before the @ So we will have 3 solid info's -email-Username-gender- All other fields will be set to Unknown, untill that user has logged in, and supplied the rest of the necessary information. (requested @ first login) information should then be automatically updated.. based on the match of email address... Task4-User Login When existing users logs in, (existing accounts with only email are considered EXISTING members) First login they are requested to provide all missing profile information as above. a) Ability to change/update username (email login will still work, whichever username they choose..) b) Birthdate c) Country d) State/Province e) City f) zip The new information is then saved to the database. They will then recieve a confirmation email automatically requesting them to Verify there email, if they verify it will shows as V =Validate in admin if not it will show as NV-Not verified. They will next proceed to step 2 which is the ability to upgrade there account, (the same upgrade page that appears when users first join) located at [login to view URL] They will as shown on this link also have the Skip step, which will then LOG them into there account. Once logged in there will be a green flashing button flashing, if the user has not verified there acocunt, it should be made very clear to the user they should verify there email address..as soon as possible to use all site features or face losing there account, alternatively account suspension.
