We are seeking a firm who can develop a site capable of performing automated website promotion services for our clients. We require a back end development that would perform the following tasks listed below for a member controlled environment. This large project requires a professionally designed client interface with bug free operation. Your firm must have a back ground and indepth understanding of how the major search engines rank websites. The following tools will make up the function of the site. Site Analyzer A tool that shows a webmaster how their site is being viewed by the top search search engines and report back what their spyders are seeing. This includes Google, Yahoo etc. Website submission Including the ability to add future sites to include for submission and a way for clients to see which sites they have submitted their site to. Keyword analyzer The site must be able to spyder the clients site and report back to them the frequency of keywords and how they are likely to be seen by a search engine. Keyword Collector The ability to spyder a competitors site and report back as to what keywords are prominent on their site. SE Rank Tracker Shows ranks in all popular search engines and tracks historical changes. Popularity Tracker Checks websites popularity based on backlinks and partners Competition Manager Recipical Link Manager Tracks all partner links for compliance as well as searches for link partners that would benefit search engine ranking. Site Spell Checker Checks website for spelling errors and grammar. Compliance Monitoring Checks sites for anything that would reflect negatively or get a site black listed from top engines. Google Site Map Creation A tool that creates a google web map. In addition, the client administration center allows the user to monitor and apply all of these tools to a maximum of 20 websites including historical tracking of promotion efforts. We will pay 25% of this project upon delivery of a beta working site, which can be held in escrow with GAF. We will pay another 25% upon delivery of a client ready site, and the remaining 50% 60 days after delivery and upon ALL bugs and flaws being worked out. Due to an increase in fraud and poor service by providers, references and sample work should be included with your bid. We will contact previous clients to discuss communication and timely performance to ensure satisfactory completion of this project.
