Chat Room

I need a chat room for a web site. It needs to have a login page and when you put in a certain user name and password it takes you to a controller chat room and any other user name and password takes you to a regular hat room. Both the controller chat room and the regular chat room are the same chat room but the regular chat room has a big text box for the chat area, a small text box to type what you want to say in, a list on the right side which shows all of the user names of everyone in the chat room at that time, a personal message button and capability, a block button, and a send button. Plus a frame at the bottom which can have advertisements in it. The controller room has all of those features plus a warn button which will warn a selected user, the person using the controller room has a choice of warning someone 5%, 10%, or 20%. If someone is warned 100% then their username is suspended for 2 hours. The controller room also needs a suspend button with a choice of 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, and until notification. The controller room needs to have a button used to kick people out of the certain chat room, a "View Profile" button and the ability to become "invisible". I also need a page where people can sign up which will automatically get the new user setup and will automatically generate a user page for that user. I will make the user page myself, it will just have a few links on it and a welcome image. There also needs to be a Setup page. Only two user names are allowed on this setup page. I will tell you what the user names are. The setup page needs to have full control such as changing the password to ANYONE'S account including the two user names allowed into the setup page. The setup page needs a list showing all of the users currently chatting or loged into their user page. The setup page needs to have the ability to unblock people, unwarn people, and unsuspend people. The setup page needs to be able to change how the chat rooms look and the advertisments on the bottom frame. The setup page needs to be able to setup new accounts, delete accounts, change users' usernames, passwords, needs to be able to assign what five users are allowed into the controller pages, and much more.
