Simple Online Website Builder (CMS)

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING! I am looking for a simple content management system (custom made or modified script) *which* can be re-used on various websites. This is not a typical CMS, this is MUCH more SIMPLE (which is why I don't want the free ones). The only tasks needed are the ability to create new pages (based on templates that I upload to a templates directory using my own FTP), edit existing pages, and delete pages! Main Points: 1- Ability to create, edit and delete pages ( as mentioned above) 2- Must be browser based (usable on Netscape and Internet Explorer) 3- Must be able to edit/create pages using plain HTML or a WYSWYG editor (including hyperlinks, picture upload, colors, basic fonts, tables, bullets etc.. and all other features that WYSWYG editors have) 4- Must list all current pages in the site (either in a folder/hierarchy or in a drop down list) This is only the first part. I plan on incorporated a few other functionalities in the future like a "Product Catalog" (no online ordering) "Contact Form" builder and a few other things * BUT * please only bid on the first part for now. ** If your price is higher then the budget range, please include your total price in your bid.
