URGENT Custom Form for CMS

I urgently need a custom form for a CMS Joomla or Drupal. The project needs to be complete within 72 hours so if you can't do it please don't bid. You will need to create a site with 3 types of user login. You will also need to create custom forms. Each element within the form will have additional functionality. The ‘+’ icon will appear beside some questions within the form ??" when clicked it will open a pop up window of sample answers that are relevant to that question only. The user should be able to select one of these answers to populate the form. They should then be able to edit the answer within the form. These answers MUST be stored within the CMS so additional answers can be added to them over time. Each question will have its own sample answers so each set of answers will have to be stored together. ## Deliverables Descriptions of the full functionality required is detailed in the attached zip file, please read and review it before bidding. I have been let down by a previous developer and I need to know you can deliver the FULL functionality that I require.
