Website Development/Adjustment/Upkeep

I currently have several websites that I look after. I have a coder working on them, however, I need another coder to look after some other sites and to build a few too. I will advise as to how the website 'architecture' should be set up for optimising reasons, and give guidance. The relevant person should be able to communicate well and be able to work on small projects quickly. I am looking for an ongoing relationship with my coder.
