60272 PHPBB Skin Needed

Currently am using the default PHPBB skin for one of my sites. I need it customized to have a new *unique* look that fits the theme of the website. I have a few modifications installed on the PHPBB (for SEO purposes) so the person I choose to do the skin must work with my actual PHPBB installation and not the default one to ensure everything stays in place. The job is to basically create a new header for the skin, new icon to replace the default icon for forum listing and changing the color scheme. Must look very fresh and innovative. I'll give link to current forum in PMB, plus I *MUST* see any work you have done with PHPBB skins in the past. Looking to choose someone who can work fast and that is affordable.
