209743 PhpLD Script Modification

I need a programmer or team extremely experienced with php, smarty, mysql, html, and website design to install, modify and write two phpLD mods to a php website. [login to view URL] The site is currently using Smarty templates, mysql, php and javascript. Request: i need to the users to be able to submit the link to multiple catgories on once, like instead of selecting the dropdown menu i want them to select it from a list box where they can pick upto 7 categories, then submit, NOTES- this has to be someone used pear, smarty and stuff otherwise it s not easy as it looks ... Criteria: The work must be tested and 100% functional. Please do not forward for final testing with multiple errors. You must work within deadlines. If there is a deadline set then you must meet it. You need to provide progress reports as requested or agreed. You must be easy to communicate with and communicate often. If there is a problem or delay, tell me what you are doing to fix it and then meet the deadline. You must be creative, easy going and professional. Notes: I need this project done in less than 1 week. This is one of many ongoing projects that I have working at this time. I have additional work after this project and I am looking for someone I can trust and work with in the future.
