We are seeking an experienced programmer to create a Wordpress plugin for building and inserting squeeze pages for list building into Wordpress-powered sites. For the right person this should be a very enjoyable project indeed.
There are three essential elements to the plugin:
1) The ability to easily create custom squeeze pages from a range of templates (contol over layout, colors etc.)
2) The ability to insert the chosen squeeze page into the very top of a Wordpress site (at the beginning of the header) in such a way that the squeeze page takes up the whole "above the fold" area while pushing the remainder of the site down the page. This is ideal to grab the attention of visitors whilst still retaining a quantity of unique content further down the page to aid with SEO (please see [url removed, login to view] for an example of an existing product doing a similar job).
3) Additionally the ability to insert the chosen squeeze page as an interstitial ad between other pages/posts on the Wordpress site. For example the ability to show the advert when a visitor has read 2 pages on the site etc.
Controls will be required for how often a squeeze page is shown, when it is shown etc. The ideal candidate will be an experienced plugin developer with some design skills and experience of squeeze pages enabling them to build the customizable templates with ease.
Please include links to other plugins designed by yourself or any relevant squeeze page experience together with yopur bid, completion time and information on whether you will be able to create the graphics for tge squeeze page tenplates (submission buttons etc.).
