Easy Money! Basic web template stuff...

I purchased a membership site with a web template. [login to view URL], the host provider, uses php interface. I need someone to use it and do the following: Add coding and install 5 web page templates Integrate phbbforum into website Search engine optimization, keywords, metatags Enable 3 RSS newsfeeds Review and ensure proper setup of paypal Minor edits...increase column widths on member login block & activate links to ensure they correspond to correct webpage Also, I have a flash intro (low priority) and it needs changes in the wording and installation into the website. Basically, I just need to get things set-up. However, once I got set-up I would like to be able to continually go to a reliable web programmer for updates, maintenence, installing innovative programs or other projects in the works.
