open- realy modification and design easy job for right person

To Start off with I am a programmer and designer myself,so i know what needs to be done, and the job is very easy for someone who already knows PHP well or even better open realty, if u have done open-realty work see, [login to view URL] it will be a plus. I also want to add some minor add ons , all contained in [login to view URL] as well as connect it to a payment option, like in this different web site, [login to view URL] all of this is fairly easy for someone who knows what theyre doing. also if you speak spanish it will be a plsu since this site is for spanish speaking people. if i like the work u do, i will give u many more projects since i have many, but i need good, fast work , no amatuers please, if u dont know what u are doing dont bother responding.
