Basically I want to build a directory of Australian Charities Listings with some sponsors banners, Founder's member's message, Appeal boards, Real-time credit card payment gateway, Paypal as well, and cheques by mail. Some news update boxes, links pages, SEO for Google (Top 10 or 20 guaranteed)- A strong admin panel with banner ads rotating manager, Send News letters to all, either registered charities or other subscribers and other admin panel features is required. Description of the project: The home page will have at least the following 1. Company's trademark logo (We will supply) 2. Sponsor header banner, probably animated gif (We will supply) 3. Navigation pages at the header (Home, About us, Online donation form, Register, Login, Email a friend, Contact us) 4. Search charities by alphabetical or category. 5. Founder's message with the photo 6. Advertisers banners (should be controlled from the admin panel) 7. Quarterly newsletters subscription email box, email addresses to be stored in db 8. Space to write news items, etc. 9. Other pages such as disclaimer, copyright, etc [login to view URL] Engine optimized for atleast 5 keywords (Google & Yahoo) How it works: A charity goes to the registration page, fill in their details (between 15 to 20 boxes) that include their URL (Very Important) and submit it to be stored in MySQL. Then the charity should be given the payment option either real-time credit card(Merchant ID will be provided), or Paypal or business or personal cheque or pay by phone. If they make credit card payment online, then their account should be activated automatically and their website URL listed in the directory instantly. When they pay by other means such cheque or by phone, then we should be able to activate their account through admin panel. Then their organization is listed and a direct URL link is shown to the user which should take them to the organization website opened in a new window. In the login's page, the charity should be able to edit their information anytime they want. In the contact us page, we need a contact form with a atleast 5 information boxes and contents sent to the email address. All the other pages such as about us, disclaimer, privacy statement, we will do data entry, we only need the templates as separate pages.
