This is a serious project, I need to see projects that you have done, to include good admin/user interfaces. No cookie cutter stuff please! I want the rights to the script and source code. I already have a property website so if possible can we try to import this data (optional) Need to be friendly URLS and be able to easily navigate the site through browsing as per the site above, but also using a search page, also search by advert number. Breadcrumb sub navigation home>property for sale>UK>etc Need to be able to browse/search property for sale & property for rent mainly but also land, hotels, commercial property etc. When placing adverts if an option is not selected i.e it is a land advert, there is no need for bedrooms to be selected so would display N/A (on the advert) Advertiser experience ====================== Registering is to be simple They place an advert, if admin has set the price to free, then the advert shows straight away. If there is a price set then the advert goes pending until paid for. Payment will be with 2checkout & paypal, the successful callback will activate the advert. The advert can display as many photos as admin determines (10) User selects currency The user can edit the advert any time even whilst pending them paying. They can delete, renew and pause the advert. The user can edit their account - email address, password, phone number etc (and get confirmation of a change) They see basic stats regarding page views and replies to their advert. The advertiser can decide if they wish to display phone number, but their email address is never shown. They can link to another website if needed. Can pay extra to have their advert featured (on front page and top of the listings for that country/county/state) When an advert is deleted the photos must go too! Any enquiry will go direct to their email box with subject line to include "Property enquiry - advert#" With the senders IP address in the body as a clickable link to look up visitor experience ==================== Visitors can browse all adverts and reply to the advert without registering, they can add a property to favourites, email a property to a friend, and get a printer friendly copy. Admin ======= Needs to be able to control - edit, delete, pause any advert Needs to be able to control any user - edit, delete, ban, Needs to be able to add to property feature fields if needed Can set durations for adverts to show on the system, and when the advertiser gets an email regarding expiry Set cost for advertising on a cost per month/months basis i.e £15 for 1 month, £25 for 3 month, £80 for 1 year Set cost for featured adverts Edit/Add/Delete categories - thats countries/regions - I have database that lists all countries with counties/states & cities may help? Gets a copy of all enquiries (optional on/off) Can ban ip addresses (simple add to .htaccess) Can view statistics - # adverts, # users, #replies Admin can edit body of emails - confirmation of registration, lost PW, reply to advert, notice of advert expiry Also ability for rss/xml feed for others to display listing on sites The script needs to be template driven, so I can edit using dreamweaver etc. Also need to be able to include php in the templates
